It's made to complement the new cloak Vex bought for Vax as well.

Keyleth, you are my only sister-in-law, and I love you for yourself and for the way that you've made Vax a better man. He adores you more than words can say, but I'm sure you already know that.
It never hurts to say it though.
You will always have a place with me, no matter what happens. We're family. And I cannot imagine not having each other as the years pass.
